Instructions for use:

MANUAL CLEANING PROCEDURE

1. Ensure to remove all instruments from the Dentistry Lock® Grab Pad prior to cleaning the pad. 

2. Rinse the Dentistry Lock® Grab Pad under running, cold utility water to remove excess contamination. 

3. Prepare a detergent bath, such as Dawn® dish soap, at a minimum concentration of 1 oz/10 gallon (~3 mL/gallon) using warm utility water. 

4. Fully immerse the Dentistry Lock® Grab Pad in the prepared detergent bath and allow the pad to soak for a minimum of 2 minutes. While soaking, wipe down the device with lint-free cloths soaked in dish soap solution to remove visible soil. 

 5. Remove the Dentistry Lock® Grab Pad from the prepared dish soap bath and rinse it under running critical water to remove dish soap residuals. 

 6. Pat the Dentistry Lock® Grab Pad dry using lint-free cloths. 

 7. Visibly inspect the Dentistry Lock® Grab Pad for contamination. Repeat steps 2 through 7 if contamination is observed.

Fully Cycle Exposure Time: 4 minutes

Dry Time: 60 minutes

Test Article Configuration: Wrap the Dentistry Lock® Pad in two layers of Halyard Health H200 (510(k) K0882554), or equivalent, polypropylene wrap using simultaneous envelope folding techniques.
